As a Registered Nurse (RN) in the Med-Surg unit at Yale New Haven Health System, I provide high-level patient-centered care guided by the ANA Scope and Standards of Practice. My role includes assessing, diagnosing, planning, implementing, and evaluating patient care while maintaining effective communication and collaboration with patients, families, and healthcare teams.
