Adecco has partnered with a Global Electronics Manufacture. We're hiring a Full Time Direct Hire Bilingual Mandarin Quality Manager.

Responsibilities:

• Oversee QA operations, including inspections, supplier management, root cause analysis, and product reliability
• Develop and maintain quality management systems, including training programs
• Lead internal audits and external certifications for compliance with industry standards
• Drive quality improvement initiatives and manage customer complaints with preventive measures
• Engage clients through regular quality meetings and action plans
• Lead and develop the QA team, fostering accountability and continuous improvement
• Qualifications:
• Experience: 5+ years in QA, including 3+ years in management
• Education: Bachelor’s degree in Engineering, Math, or related fields
• Skills:
• Strong analytical and problem-solving abilities
• Fluent in Chinese and English with excellent communication skills
• Familiar with SMT processes, IPC-610/600 standards, SPC, Lean Manufacturing, and Six Sigma
• Preferred: Experience with IATF 16949, ISO 26262, or ISO 13485
• Other Requirements:
• Strong stress resilience and cross-departmental collaboration skills
