Job Details

We are seeking a Financial Planning Specialist to join our team. This is an exciting opportunity for a highly motivated individual with a strong financial acumen to be part of a forward-thinking organization. The individual will have a key role in the planning, development, and implementation of financial strategies to ensure the company's long-term financial health. The successful candidate will have a solid understanding of financial trends and the ability to prepare financial projections, analyze variances, create bi-annual business plans, and manage budgeting and forecasting.

Responsibilities:

1. Develop and implement financial strategies and plans that align with the company's overall business objectives
2. Prepare accurate and timely financial reports and projections to assist in decision-making
3. Analyze financial data and variances to identify trends, anomalies, and opportunities for improvement
4. Create comprehensive bi-annual business plans, including financial forecasts and budget proposals
5. Lead the budgeting and forecasting process, ensuring accuracy and compliance with company standards and financial regulations
6. Collaborate with various departments to gather and analyze financial data, and provide financial guidance and recommendations
7. Continually monitor and evaluate the company's financial performance, providing insights and recommendations to optimize financial health
8. Develop and maintain financial models and analyses to support strategic initiatives

Qualifications:

1. Bachelor's degree in Finance, Accounting, or a related field
2. A minimum of 1 year of experience in accounting, financial planning, analysis, or a related role
3. Public Accounting experience is a PLUS!!!
4. Proficient in spreadsheets, databases, MS Office, and financial software applications
5. Exceptional analytical and problem-solving skills with a keen attention to detail
6. Excellent communication and presentation skills, with the ability to explain complex financial concepts to non-financial stakeholders
7. Strong organizational skills with the ability to manage multiple projects and meet deadlines
8. High level of integrity and dependability with a strong sense of urgency and results-orientation
