Position Summary: The Digital Marketing Manager at Bonduelle Americas will lead the development and execution of digital marketing strategies to drive brand visibility, engage target audiences, and drive business growth. This role focuses on managing digital campaigns, SEO/SEM, email marketing and data analytics to optimize performance. The ideal candidate is results-driven, innovative, and passionate about leveraging digital tools to accelerate performance. This is a remote position within the United States. However, candidates located in the Los Angeles area will be required to work in a hybrid capacity from our Irwindale, CA office. Travel is required up to 25% What will you do: Strategize and plan comprehensive digital marketing plans, including SEO/SEM and display advertising campaigns including on and off retail media platforms. Consistently measure and report performance of all digital marketing campaigns, analyzing metrics against defined goals (budgets, ROI, KPIs), and provide actionable insights to improve results. Identify emerging trends and analyze data to optimize marketing spend and campaign performance. Website Content Management: Manage and maintain all product menus, descriptions, and other relevant content on the company's website and digital platforms including corporate website for SEO. Develop and implement cutting-edge search engine optimization (SEO) strategies to enhance online visibility and traffic. Collaboration with media partners working closely with advertising and media experts to maximize the effectiveness of marketing efforts. Proficiency in marketing analytics tools like Google Analytics, CRM platforms, and advertising dashboards to monitor campaign success and forecast future performance. Collaborate with cross-functional teams (sales, shopper and creative teams) to align digital efforts with overall marketing campaigns. Stay up to date with industry trends, emerging technologies, and best practices in digital marketing. Manage digital marketing budget and report on ROI. Qualifications Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Communications, Business, or a related field. 5+ years of experience in digital marketing, preferably in CPG, food & beverage. Proficiency in Google Analytics, SEO/SEM, social media management tools, and email marketing platforms. Experience managing paid digital campaigns (Google Ads, Facebook Ads, LinkedIn, etc.). Strong analytical skills with the ability to interpret data and optimize marketing strategies. Excellent communication and project management skills. Experience with eCommerce, influencer marketing, or B2B marketing is a plus. Exceptional ability to analyze large data sets, recognize patterns, and calculate KPIs to inform marketing strategies. Strong understanding of digital marketing metrics, ROI calculations, and campaign performance optimization.
