Job Description
We are seeking a skilled Prep Cook to assist in the preparation of delicious dishes in our kitchen. The Prep Cook will perform routine kitchen tasks such as preparing ingredients, chopping vegetables, and assembling salads.
**Duties:**
- Prepare cooking ingredients by washing and chopping vegetables, cutting meat, and other meal prep tasks
- Assist the kitchen team in maintaining a clean and safe work environment
- Follow recipes and presentation specifications
- Operate standard kitchen equipment safely and efficiently
- Adhere to all sanitation and food production codes
**Experience:**
- Proven experience as a Prep Cook in a fast-paced kitchen environment
- Knowledge of health and safety rules in a kitchen setting
- Understanding of food preparation and basic cooking techniques
- Familiarity with kitchen equipment and utensils
