We currently have a position available in our completely renovated Pittsburgh office for a highly organized Customer Service Representative with excellent communication and problem-solving skills. Our tremendous growth has created a need for additional Insurance Agents / Client Service Representatives. Job responsibilities include: Answering incoming phone calls from existing and prospective clients, assessing their needs, and provide solutions as needed Help sales team rate new policies through our agency carrier portals when needed Cross-sell products to existing clients Process endorsements such as vehicle additions, driver additions, etc. Process renewals on our existing book of business each month Maintain detailed and accurate database of client information using our agency management system Other duties as assigned We must stress that this is a high energy, fast moving company. The ability to multi-task and stay organized is vitally important. We also do a team deep clean of the office once per week.
